Our sweet Lincoln is THREE! We celebrated his birthday last weekend with family and friends and everyone had a blast. I thought I’d put together a quick post to share some of the party details with you!
When I asked Lincoln what theme he wanted for his party, he said “construction trucks!” so I went with a blue and yellow theme and love how it all turned out.
My friend Tiffany at Galmfetti always makes our parties beautiful. She offers DIY balloon garland kits – it comes with all of the supplies you need and it SO easy to put together. They last for about a month (no helium required – the kit comes with a pump) so I always use them in the kids rooms for a couple of weeks and to take birthday photos.
(we always build the garland the night before the party)
You can totally customize the balloon garland colors and they make such a big impact on your overall party decor! You can order a balloon garland, here and you can get the gold age/number balloon, here.
Our cookies were made by Sally’s Sweets. She is totally gifted and some of her cookie designs have literally made my jaw drop! Sally is a longtime reader of my blog and we met in person at a children’s clothing store once and have been Facebook friends ever since! I love supporting local women-owned businesses and I hope you’ll contact her if you need special cookies for a party or event (and the taste as good as they look!)
Here are some of our other party sources:
Novelty construction truck hats
Yellow plates | striped plates
Mini construction trucks (used for table decor and for kids to take home)
Gingham table cloth | scalloped table cloth
Construction truck cake decor/cupcake toppers
Construction truck treat bags| Construction truck toys for favor bags
Cakes – H-E-B
Have a great week!
Oh my gosh, I love the little hats down the middle of the table and I can’t believe H-E-B made those cakes!
Thank you again for allowing me to make cookies for sweet Lincoln’s party. It was such an honor!
