It’s here! The 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now live for Nordstrom cardholders, which gives you early access to shop all of the incredible items that are part of this annual sale! As a reminder, the public sale starts on July 20, and you don’t need a Nordstrom card to shop at that time (but many popular items do sell out by then, unfortunately).
I don’t think I’ve discussed this in a post before, but a lot of you message me asking how you can shop to ensure that I earn the commission from your purchase when you’re using my blog, Instagram or LIKETOKNOW.it page as a resource to shop.
I’m always extremely thankful and humbled that you all support me in this way and actually take the time to send a note or ask me for one of my links before you make a purchase – that really means a lot to me. In order for me to earn commission from your Nordstrom Anniversary Sale purchase, you need to click a link from my blog (any link in this post) prior to making your purchase (so if you click a link, add several items to your cart and check out, that will ensure I get the commission as long as you don’t click links from other sites or blogs that use affiliate links after clicking mine). Your purchase also has to be on the same device – so if you add items to your cart on your iPhone but want to add more from your computer before checking out, that link doesn’t track from device to device. So the best method is to add all of the items to your cart and click one of my links before your final check out on the device you’re making the purchase on. Lastly, the Barefoot dreams blanket is back and I think I need another one, TBH. I’ve raved about this blanket constantly since last year — now is the time and it’s 100% worth it.

i seriously have been in love with soooo many of those blush cardigans and a bunch of the tops!!! soooo many good things!! i love these picks!!
I bought that madewell cardigan a few years ago in a beautiful burgundy and loved it…until I wore it a few times. It pills SO BADLY and also bags out! I bought it in an xxs (I’m only 5’3”) and after one or two wears I wasn drowning in it. Super disappointing because it started out as such a beautiful cardigan!
I think this is the year I’m finally going to invest in a Barefoot Dreams cardigan. I work from home FT and it just looks so cozy. I’m sick of wearing out my “nice” cardigans prematurely because I wear them at home and out and about. Definitely have my eye on a ton of tops, and a Voxx pair of fringed jeans (I think that’s the brand?!)
I’m pretty disappointed in the shoes and boots this year though–no must haves! I do like a pearlescent pair of Nikes though–they look like they’d be great for my September Disney trip.
Kylie – I only bought the bow flats and also the Nikes (those haven’t come in yet – not sure if I will keep, I have to love them!)
I agree the shoes this year are eh. I do LOVE the block heel knee high boots, but TBH, I didn’t feel I’d get a ton of wear out of them so I didn’t purchase. Maybe I would wear them in the winter, but I usually wear pants to work and feel they look dresser with dresses…and then I’d have to wear tights which is a lot of effort, LOL.
If you work from home the BD cardigan is a must-have! All of my SAHM or work from home mom friends wear theirs every single day. I actually should order one to keep at my desk at work 🙂
