Target is my happy place – it’s one of the only stores I actually enjoy going to (I hate crowded malls). Lately though, I’ve actually been ordering a lot of stuff from Target online since they offer free shipping on orders over $35 and they often carry items online that aren’t available or out of stock in stores (btw, this is not sponsored, my love to Target just runs deep).
I thought I’d share my latest Target purchases – I love seeing what others buy for their homes and closets.
Aztec Rug
My friend Liz shared this runner on Instagram the other day and I loved the print so much, I ordered it myself. I plan to try it in our master bathroom (it would be great in a kitchen too) to see how we like it in our space. I’ll share an update when it arrives – if it doesn’t work, I’ll just return it to my local store.
Gingham bow flats
One of my amazing readers alerted me to these a couple of weeks ago when I shared the J.Crew bow flats. I couldn’t find them in my store and they weren’t online at the time. Well, least night, she DM’d me and sent me the link to them and for $22.99, these are just beyond precious and perfect for spring time. Tone it Up protein powder
Now that I’m exercising, it’s important that I’m getting enough protein in my diet to help my muscles recover. I’ve heard a lot of great things about this brand – I have followed Karena and Katrina from their beginnings on YouTube and have watched them grow so much over the years. This protein powder comes in several flavors and is plant-based, gluten and GMO-free.
Kristin Ess Haircare products
I don’t remember where I saw this, but celebrity hairstylist Kristin Ess has a new hair care line and it’s available at Target and totally affordable. I got the dry texture spray and deep conditioning mask. The packaging is gorgeous and looks high-end. I will report back on these products once I’ve had the chance to use them for a few weeks.
Mongolian fur pillow
I have a dusty mauve version of this pillow and it’s now back in a gorgeous baby pink and a slew of other colors. I LOVE the way these pillows add texture to any room. They’re also on sale right now!

Have you been to the new Targets that are being built around HTX? Totally amazing and feels very open, sectioned and beautiful. Each person is assigned a section so they can really help you with what you need. I really like the direction they are going in and I can’t wait for all of the stores to be converted to the new standard. The one by me doesn’t even have cashiers. They are all self service but there is always someone there to help.
