Tops are the easiest things to add to your wardrobe because they can be worn with jeans, pants, leggings and skirts. So I thought I would blog + review each top I purchased during Nordtrom’s Anniversary Sale. This sale is one I look forward to every year to stock up on classics, closet staples and trendy items alike.

Cutout Choker Tee
Size medium. This has quite a plunging neck line and isn’t something I could wear to the office, but it’s such a great weekend tee — I love the choker effect at the neckline. It’s on sale for $17.90 during the sale.

Tie-Front Cozy Fleece Top
Size small. Though this top is a super soft microfleece on the outside, it’s thin and lightweight enough that you won’t be sweating buckets in it if you wear it to the office. The tie is subtle and cute and the fit is great!

Rounded V-Neck Tee
Size medium. This is the tee everyone needs in their closet, in multiple colors. The $17.90 price point and the overall style and fit are worth every penny. This tee can be worn for lounging or dressed up by knotting it with a high-waisted skirt like I did! I sized up in this one for a looser fit.

Cozy Thermal Top
Size medium. This top is such a gorgeous shade of dusty lilac and comes in several other colors. I love tops with texture, so this one immediately caught my attention. It’s incredibly soft, I can see why they call it “cozy!”

Boatneck Ribbed Knit Pullover
Size small. Guys. This is sold out and I’m happy so many of you probably snagged one but so sad because it’s seriously one of my favorite tops from the entire sale. Can be worn as a boatneck or off-the-shoudler. I just adore it.

V-Neck Pullover
Size medium. There’s a theme here — so much softness. This v-neck pullover is incredibly soft and the ribbed texture is super cute especially in this dusty blush color. I did size up on this one since it’s on the shorter side.

Originals Trefoil Logo Relaxed Fit Tank
Size small. I initially ordered this in a medium but it’s more of an oversized fit, so get your regular size OR size down. This one in the photos is the small (I re-ordered it!) For $21, you need this top. Perfect for the gym, lounging, weekends. It’s a classic!
Raw Edge Side Slit Tee
Size medium. This v-neck tee is a classic — I love the cut and front pocket. It comes in a ton of colors too and at $15 is a great value. One of my readers did warn me that it’s dry-clean only which both doesn’t make sense for a cotton tee and is kind of scaring me to wash it. I will report back once I’ve washed and hung-dry it before 100% recommending.

Stripe Cotton and Linen OTS Top
Size small (reviews say to size down as well). This is one of my favorite summer tops. It’s so cute and the little bow detail is perfect. Comes in three colors and is perfect for the hot temps we’re having right now because it’s so breezy.

Valencia Off the Shoulder Pullover
Size small. This top is made of a thinner version of sweatshirt type material which makes it super comfy. The sleeves are kind of voluminous but not overdone. Highly recommend, just make sure you hang dry it!

I wish you took more pictures of tops with your hair up or back! It’s hard to see the necklines. The ones that you do have your hair back you also zoomed in and added accessories so it’s hard to see.
