So it’s still 90 degrees here on the regular, but this scarf sold out last Fall super quickly, so this is a heads-up that it’s back in stock if you missed out last year.
They’re not kidding when they describe it as a blanket scarf-— it’s huge. I love that it doubles as a blanket when I’m freezing cold at work. In Houston’s fall/winter climate, sometimes a cozy scarf is all you need to stay warm.
scarf | sunglasses | tory burch mini bag (similar) | flats | top —sold out, but this one from the Nsale is super similar and back in stock! (more similar styles here, here and here) | jeans | earrings
Get this scarf before it’s gone again— you’ll wear it all fall and winter long!
I love the looks of these blanket scarves, but I have yet to wear one because I cannot for the life of me figure out how to wrap/tie it!!
so what you do is you fold it so it’s kind of a triangle shape with super long ends and then you drape the part that points down in front of you. Then you tuck the ends underneath and pull to make the scarf look how you want it. https://www.cosmopolitan.com/style-beauty/fashion/how-to/a47395/12-ways-to-wear-a-blanket-scarf/
I love the scarf. And I love the shoes! Where did you purchase your shoes?
Hi Jessica! They are linked in this post 🙂 here is the direct link: https://rstyle.me/n/bx34degj6w
SO cute! I have been wearing the same scarf all fall for years (it’s the perfect leopard print!) but I know I need to switch it up a bit! This looks so cute and is really affordable, great post!
Also – I’ve noticed you have been posting much more frequently lately! As a fellow mama of 2 littles (2yr and 7mo) who blogs and really struggles with getting many posts out each week, how have you found more time? I would love to hear your advice as I’ve read your blog for years and can relate very much to your busy lifestyle!
Thanks!

Thanks for your comment! I am working on a post right now about my job and FAQs related to balancing it all. I basically shoot all of my content on Sunday and blog Sunday night so I have posts ready for the week. It’s the only way I can seem to make things happen efficiently without taking time away from my family.
