I will admit that I’m totally one of “those moms” when it comes to holidays. I like to do the decor, themed gifts, crafts, the whole shebang.
I had intended to make Valentines with Harper for her class but the 4 month sleep regression and teething have hit us hard…combined with us all being sick, work and everything in between, I caved and downloaded some printable Valentines to pair with a treat and called it a day.
Maybe next year…
Harper has adjusted so well to her baby brother and worked so hard at potty training that I decided to do a little more this year for Valentine’s day. Here’s what I picked out:
microwave
(blue | pink)
It beeps and lights up— super cute and it was on sale for $10! A cute addition to her kitchen.
Barbie Sisters Chelsea swing set
Harper loves the park— especially the swings and slide and since she’s so into imaginative play with her dolls and castle right now, I thought she would enjoy this set.
unicorn
Harper loves unicorns and I think this sweet little plush will look adorable in her big girl room as well!
books
(tangled | you’re here for a reason | in my heart)
I give books for every holiday. Harper loves the movie Tangled (as do I), I’m obsessed with Nancy Tillman books (the cutest is when Harper recites “go to sleep, my love”) and in my heart is a best seller that wasn’t part of our collection yet and has beautiful illustrations.
Sofia the First cup
We are all about the big girl cups around here and this one’s a great size and the bottom grips well.
pink snack bowls
(similar)
We are always in need of more bowls for soup, snacks and meals. These are microwave and dishwasher safe, which is key!
I hope you have a great week!
Such cute things for Harper! And there are some really adorable Valentine’s online available these days!
I love Nancy Tillman books too- they are the sweetest stories that almost always bring a tear to my eye. Such cute gift ideas!
