I’ve been picking up some new clothes for work lately, so I thought I’d try on some recent LOFT finds I purchased to review them for y’all! You may have seen a preview of these on Snapchat a couple of weeks ago but I also took these photos so you could better see each piece.
Some of these tops would be great layered under blazers or sweaters or on their own amped up with some jewelry.
The first item is this fringe sweater. I got a size small and it’s such a fun piece! I don’t have any cardigans/sweaters with such a fun detail so it was a nice addition to my closet!
By the way, I’m wearing my favorite Lululemon wunder under leggings because they’re what I had on at the time I took the pics, but I would pair these tops with my favorite work pants, which you can find here!fringe sweater
One of the tops I got is this lou & grey zip back top. It’s so soft and stretchy. It’s a little more on the casual side but I think it can be dressed up too. The blush color is gorgeous!

One of my favorite tops from this set is the flecked two in one sweater. The ruffled hem is so feminine and I like how the top itself is a thicker fabric with a grey and white texture. Such a pretty piece! (it’s a size small)

This colorblock bateau tee is another favorite from my order. It’s a medium and the slit detail at the sides is really a nice touch. The fabric is also unexpectedly soft. I was shocked at how soft it felt when I tried it on.

This striped tee has a fun mix of different striped on the body and arms. This is a small and I ended up exchanging it for a medium as I thought it could shrink in the wash and become a little too short. I love the style of it!

This mixed media sweatshirt is actually a cotton material at the front and a dress shirt material at the back. I initially thought I’d keep it and though I do like it, I ended up returning it. When I tried it on again, it just didn’t seem that special and the back part fit a little awkwardly on me and was a little short. This is a size small.mixed media sweatshirt
I tend to find a good collection of items at LOFT each season, which is surprising because a few years ago I hardly shopped there. Not sure if they got new designers or what, but I’ve been happy with most of my pieces from there.
Hope you found this try-on post helpful in making your own purchases! If you have any questions let me know in the comments.
*This is not a sponsored post, I just like to shop at LOFT. All purchases were made with my own money.

That second top is my favourite. I love the zipper in the back!
I love that colorblock bateau top, it looks like the fit has a really nice drape to it! And as a sidenote I just wanted to say that (long time reader!) I remembered reading in one of Harper’s postpartum updates how fond you were of the VS Sleepshirts for nursing in the hospital so I decided to pick one up for my own delivery of #2. I love it! It was perfect for our extended stay (I ended up having a c-section too) and I am wearing it as I write this right now 5 days pp. Love your blog V!
