Harper’s second Easter was great! On Saturday we enjoyed an egg hunt at our local park and Harper even got a turn to hit the pinata full of yummy Easter treats!
Here we are helping Harper get in on some Easter treat action…
Later we headed out to meet Candice for lunch and Harper’s face when she saw her Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes is something I’ll never forget. Mickey pancakes forever.
Harper also got a lovely Easter basket from her grandma and grandpa. She is obsessed with her slinky and walks around wearing it like a bracelet saying “my slinky, my slinky.”
…and this is when she started to try to get away, so we wrapped up our three-minute photo session. I do love this b&w shot though!
We ordered some Russian pancakes for Harper and she loved them! They are made with homemade strawberry jam. So delish!
She was very into playing peek-a-boo with auntie Candice and we shared a lot of laughs.

She is the cutest!! I know what you mean about nearly crying over her sweetness. I have an 18 month old son and I can't believe how blessed I am to be a mommy. It's crazy how we can love them more each day! Happy Easter!
Mickey pancakes are always a hit here too- it's the little things! I love her Easter dresses- she's adorable! Although it's sad to see them grow so fast it, each holiday is getting better and better! I love all of the sweet things Aubrey says to me now too- so heart melting!
Three Things
1. You look great in yellow!
2. Georgia will come over to play Daniel Tiger. She's been obsessed with that show since she was Harper's age. I love it because it teaches manners and helpfulness.
3. Her dress is adorable. You're dressing her like a little Southerner. 😉
Make that four things – It is soooo ok to cry over sweetness, cuteness, anything you want. I do, LOL.
Happy Easter!! Sounds like you had a wonderful weekend. Is the 2nd Easter so much fun!?!? My daughter has those Daniel Tiger figurines and is obsessed. You both looked lovely in your Easter dresses.
Love this, and happy Easter! I feel you SO much with the coming downstairs and crying in awe of how wonderful our daughters are. It's amazing how quickly they grow – how quickly they become caring little people! Good job mama!

Loved your photos! I have to ask, where did y'all eat the Mickey pancakes??? We love Mickey pancakes but thought Disney World was the only place to get them.
It was at ruggles green in the Heights!
I had no idea Toms made sandals, wonder if they make them for 6 yr olds!! Going to look… Looks like a lovely Easter, her basket is too cute (but, not as cute as she is!).
She looks so much like you in these pictures! Glad to hear y'all had a Happy Easter 🙂
H looks SO good in these beautiful pastels! Looks like a great weekend!

I love the picture of her wearing the Easter basket as a hat! The packaging is always the most fun haha
