Though this little one has teeth coming in like whoa right now, she was the absolute sweetest this weekend. We’ve been dealing with a lot of tantrums lately so it was nice to feel a little break from that.
We like to pack our weekends with time outdoors, play dates with friends, eating out once or twice and other outings (kind of a weekend “formula,” if you will). We also like to have time at home just relaxing, but if you have a toddler, you know that can drive everyone nuts so we prefer to be pretty active on weekends.
We always start our mornings off with coffee for us…and Lulu snuggles for Harper. They’ve formed quite the unexpected bond, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.
We started back up at The Little Gym this weekend. We had been on the wait list for an earlier morning class and a spot opened up. Harper absolutely adores it and it’s so fun for us too. I feel like she always gets the confidence to try new skills when she’s there.
Then Cami came by to play and the girls were so funny and interactive together. Harper walks around the house nearly every day asking if Cami is coming over (she says her name a bit like “Tammy.”) She was so excited when she heard the doorbell ring today and she ran to the stairs and squealed “Cami Cami!” Needless to say, I think she loves Cami.
After play time, we ordered pizza and we all ate dinner together.
So I’d say we had a pretty perfect weekend! Hope yours was too!
Love your weekend recaps, Veronika! Such a treat to see your little one grow up… taking notes for sure. One day it'll come in handy 😉
