Happy Monday! When I purchased my Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag over two years ago, I remember scouring forums to find a solution to give my bag more structure and to reinforce the base so it wouldn’t get that saggy look you see in a lot of LV bags.
That’s when I learned about DivideAndConquer on Etsy. I purchased an organizer for my LV bag and reviewed it, here.
When DivideAndConquer shop owner Connie saw that I purchased my Tory Burch Thea Convertible Tote, during their friends and family sale, she messaged me to offer to make an organizer for my new purse.
Knowing how much I love my first one and how useful it was in keeping my bag structured and organized, of course I planned to get one for this bag too, since the base is also not very structured because the leather is quite soft.
Here is my new Tory Burch Thea Convertible Tote:
And here is the custom bag organizer Connie created for me, in a khaki fabric with leopard-print pockets, a perfect pattern for this bag.
Here are a few shots of the organizer when it arrived, empty, of course, to give you an idea of how it is structured as well as the pocket placements.
Here are the items I keep in my purse organizer. My TB bag does have a zip pocket inside and in that pocket I keep one tube of lipstick and a few pens, so those aren’t show here.
And here is the organizer outside of my bag, with these items in it. You’ll see that Connie included a key clip as well as a bottle loop. The bottle loop is so fantastic because I take a sippy cup of Harper’s milk to daycare every morning and it keeps it from floating around my bag.
Here is my bag with the organizer fully filled with my everyday items:
I remember your post about the bag divider/organizer and I still need to get one! I really think it's a great way to keep your bags looking structured and tidy. I switch bags fairly often so this would be helpful. Thanks for mentioning it again! And I love your new bag.
That is awesome! I'd seen people post about flat, acrylic bottoms for their neverfulls, but this kind of organizer is much better! I'm love the cup holder, that seems to be the solution to using a regular purse instead of the diaper bag. Contacting her now! Thanks for sharing!

what size is this one?
Hello, do you find that the bag gets heavy with all of the stuff? I have the smaller TB Thea convertible tote which holds it's shape pretty good (maybe because it's smaller?) but once I load it up, it gets quite weighty and it's much smaller. Just wondering, thank you for sharing!
wow. I love the organizer. I need to remember this for my next bag.
This is such a great idea….and I love your new bag 🙂
That is SO cool! I really should invest in one. LOVE your new bag, by the way.
I have a shopper bag on my Christmas list and this is just what I need to make it even more functional. Thanks for sharing.
