Happy Saturday! Today I thought it would be fun to share some recent purchases. The first three are from Aritzia, one of my favorite stores in Toronto. I believe they have several stores in the U.S. now (including one in Dallas), but they also offer shipping in the U.S. now so if you haven’t shopped there before, I highly recommend it. In fact, my most beloved blazer EVER (the talula exeter blazer) is from Artizia and I haven’t found a blazer that fits better!
The first item I ordered was this Wilfred scarf. One of my best friends from back home, Heather, texted me a photo of herself wearing it and I couldn’t resist. It is a little pricey at $85— however, it’s HUGE. It’s called a blanket scarf because it literally could be used as a blanket, and to be honest, I would probably use it as one if it fit the room well. For now, I love just draping it over my shoulders, especially when it’s cold at the office. I will post pics soon. I wore it recently over a black dress and got a lot of compliments on it. It’s so soft and cozy.
We visited the Houston Premium Outlets today on our way home from a play date, and I picked up a few things for Harper and me.
First are these adorable boots from the Baby Gap outlet. As adorable as they are, when I put them on Harper, she refuses to even stand in them and cries until I take them off. So…if anyone needs size six boots, let me know. Ha. I will try them with socks or tights on to see if she will wear them that way, but I am not optimistic. And to think, she smiled happily when I asked her if she liked them at the store.
These hats were an online buy when Baby Gap has a 40% off promo. I may not keep the gray one because it fits a little weird on Harper, but goodness it’s cute! I also love this one and this one, and may search for them in-store.
Back to Baby Gap outlet fun— I picked up these PJ’s and a leopard-print tunic sweater. It’s going to be so cute with leggings as the weather cools down.
After Baby Gap, I went to the J.Crew Factory store. I wanted to check out their kids stuff, but they barely had any items in the two year old size. I did pick up this merino charley sweater in vibrant fuschia— which I swear is not really this pink in real life— it’s more of a true magenta.
I also picked up these flannel PJ pants…I couldn’t resist the holiday-inspired pattern…
Lastly, I got a pair of gigi pants in velvet dot for Harper. I absolutely love them on her! I got the 2T and they’re a perfect fit. They have little faux front pockets and the pattern is so cute.
Sheesh! Looks like Christmas happened in October for you ladies 🙂 Loved the dresses you got and all of Harper's things 🙂

That cat is so cute. Also, go you. You had a pretty good shopping trip with baby in tow.
Your comment about Harper and those adorable bow boots cracked me up… and to think she loved them in the store. Toddlers are funny little people. I have the exact same conversations with my daughter Olive and then she'll have a mind of her own. Great finds all around this week!!
I'd be interested in those boots!
I love that blanket scarf, I've been seeing a lot of them lately! Can't wait to see how you style it 🙂
