I’ve been way behind on blogging this past week because I was in San Francisco (seriously one of the most amazing US cities I’ve ever been to) on a blogger’s trip with StitchFix. It was such an amazing experience and I’m so excited to share it with you. I’m still going through photos of the trip but I’ll have something up later this week. In the meantime, you can find some photos from the trip on my Instagram account.

It took me a week to realize why Harper would randomly say “ba ba ba ba ba.” I thought she was babbling. She always says it when she sees her sheep mat and her lamb upstairs. Duh. It is unbelievable how much her language has exploded in the past few weeks. She went from saying just a handful of words at her 15-month appointment to saying and repeating new words on a daily basis.
In other news, I can’t get over how long her pony tail is getting!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Here’s a fun shot of our photo shoot with StitchFix. I can’t wait to share more!
Loved all of your pics from the trip and can't wait for the recap 🙂 I bet Harper got extra hugs and kisses when you came back. And yes, Marli's vocabulary has exploded too. So much fun trying to figure out what the heck she's trying to tell me sometimes, but man – when I'm right, her face lights up like "Yes! Finally someone who understands me!" 🙂

Harper is doing this thing now where she puts her hands up at her sides and says "I don't know" but she doesn't say it clearly. It's so funny! Totally agree that it's fun to figure it out and try to understand what they're saying.
🙂
Did you started to brush her teeth? I am thinking maybe you could share some tips and advice…thank you! 🙂
That's a great idea for the post- thanks for the suggestion!
Love when their vocabulary grows like that!! So much fun!!! She is adorable!
Seriously! I always read about Waverly's new words and it's so fun to see what I get to look forward to 🙂
Love those white pumpkins you linked! Did you do a fall decor post yet? Always look forward to those posts! Love your home decor ideas! I love that runner in your kitchen and that last pic of you is gorg! Harper is so sweet and Polar bear Polar bear is a huge favorite in our home! xo
I haven't decorated for fall yet but I plan to soon 🙂 will definitely share my ideas!
Harper is such a cutie pie! Love the length of that Target tee/tunic – it doesn't look that long online though. Do you have something layered underneath it that I can't see (other than the leggings) or is it a longer length? Thanks!
Hmmm…I think it's the same one…I didn't have anything else under it. I wonder if maybe there's another one I didn't see online? That is the closest one to the top I tried on so I thought they were the same.
Can't wait to hear about the trip. I'm really enjoying using stitchfix even though they haven't truly knocked it out of the park, but I do think it's a great concept. Excited to see the behind the scenes!
Thank you, Veronika 🙂 let's say I am experiencing some issues with my little girl when it't about time to brush her teeth; she's preferring only her dad instead of me, although I never hurt her; I have to admit at this point that he's her hero…:)
Next time you are in the markers/crafts aisle at Target…look for the Melissa & Doug Jumbo Coloring Pad for $4.99. It comes in assorted themes (like fairies or animals) and the paper is super huge and THICK enough for water colors or washable markers. My toddlers are just nuts about the fun prints on each page–every page is different! Best $5 purchase ever! Here they are online, although it looks like they are only sold in stores: https://www.target.com/p/melissa-doug-jumbo-coloring-pad-assort/-/A-14790743#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=Melissa+%26+Doug+Jumbo+Coloring+Pad+
