For casual Friday today, I wore my Gap skinnies and my white peasant top that many of you loved when I first posted an outfit with it. I’m starting to love this top more and more each time I wear it.

As I mentioned, the product is meant to be used on wet hair and then either air-dried or dried with a diffuser. Because I’m such a beauty rebel (haha) I decided to use it just from the nape of my neck down to my ends and do a full blowout with Velcro rollers.
I had read online that the product has a lot of “grip” and “style memory” so I wanted to test it out and I must say, I was impressed with the shape my layers had and it seemed to me as though my hair was more “flippy” than usual.

Mine looks terrible when I just air dry it on its own but with a little help from some texturizing products it's actually okay. I hope it works out for you — I'd be curious to try it if it does! 🙂 <3
Use the product as intended for a real feel of how its supposed to work!! you're not supposed to sleep in it then blow dry then curl etc etc etc…so complicated!
Anon- how do you suppose I can air dry my hair if I don't do it overnight? My hair doesn't even fully dry if I let it dry overnight and wearing it to work wet is not an option it looks unprofessional if your hair is like mine and doesn't dry nicely. Product is meant to help achieve a look and it's up to each person to play around with the product and see what works for them. I wish I were lucky enough to have a hair type where I didn't have to work at it, but I don't.
Love your skinnies and Kate's too. Poor Wills… he's starting to look so much older with his thinning hair. Kate is gorgeous though and shines enough for both of them.

BB texture is my new favorite product! I have naturally frizzy/curly hair and when I put it in and let it air dry, it leaves it wavy and definitely less frizzy – it's great!
Do you think you might be able to show us what your hair looks like (slept on, overnight) before you curl and style for work? I would love to see what the texture cream does in its more basic form. If not, thanks anyways!

I *just* bought the B&B hair creme after testing it a couple times in Sephora. Love it!! I tried it dry and it didn't work as well as using it when damp or wet.

I ordered the J Brand 811s after reading this and they came today. I LOVE them. They are so comfortable. The twill is incredibly soft and they have just the right amount of stretch. They are many times more comfortable than denim would be in the same cut.
I have a couple pairs of J Brands, some in a size 26 and some in a 27. I ordered the 26 and they fit perfectly.
Also, whatkatewore.com is now an obsession. Thanks for the post!
