Karena Dawn and Katrina Hodgson are the YouTube sensations behind the channel ToneItUpcom. They’re both certified personal trainers and nutritionists and I’ve been watching their videos for the last year or so.
I wanted to blog about these ladies now because they are currently doing a Bikini Body Series—a set of videos all created to target the areas of our body that need to be bikini ready (so basically, your entire body!)
Tonight, I did their Beach Bum workout and let me tell you, my butt was a burnin’:

I hope any ladies looking for effective, fun and at-home workouts check these California gals out! I promise you’ll love their videos as much as I do.

this is so cool! I actually had never heard of them, but I am trying this later this week.
Decided today it is physically impossible for me to run in the afternoons so if it can't happen in the a.m. this may be happening!

I have watched alot of their videos, they seem sooo sweet. I like that their workouts are really effective & easy to remember. Sometimes, I'll remember a move & bust it out randomly at home LOL

their videos are great, they have lots of great recipes too, I recommend the protein pancakes, they are delicious!
I love the tone it up girls! I joined their diet plan a few weeks ago and I am already seeing a difference! Their workouts are awesome and so motivating!

I am soooo obsessed with them right now!!! I am loving everything about them! I'm even considering their diet plan but I just can't make the commitment because of the price. Their workouts are SO great!! I haven't done the latest one yet but it is on my schedule 🙂

I have been following them for quite some time now and they are by far my favorite fitness gurus on YT. Their amazing bodies are totally inspiring and their videos are awesome! I have memorized a few of their workouts so I do those at home!

I love how enthused everyone is and I'm about to check them out. I so need to, lol! The only thing is, I don't think their bodies are all that great. They just look super super thin, almost anorexic.
I'm pregnant with my third right now, and hate them! lol 😉
@anon1— seriously? you think they look anorexic? you should google image what actual women and girls with anorexia look like—they aren't athletes that have that much muscle tone. The tone it up girls do triathlons and stuff—they couldn't do that if they didn't nourish their bodies enough.

Gotta agree with Annon..honestly I think they're too thin, but that's just an opinion. Also, my sister was clinically anorexic and worked out for usually at least 2 hours a day, so really, it's not impossible for underweight ppl to push their bodies to the extreme. Third, anyone I met (or even myself) who has lost weight that drastically has lost breast size. It's kind of interesting that they haven't..especially the brunette (also her tatoo that's in some pics and not in others= photoshop people, photoshop). Honestly, I just don't think it's really realistic for most women to look "just" like them- but we can look our very best. P.S. Hubby says way too skinny too..so maybe it's not just me and Anon.
Love K & K and I'm on the Tone It Up team 😉 The workouts are insane!! They target all the "trouble areas" women often have. I'm following their regular plan, but I'm doing the Red Carpet diet closer to Summer. Can't wait to get defined!
They have that perfect Victoria Secret body and I'm aiming to get there! AND the hair! Haha 😉

Wow I don't think they look too skinny at all! More like a realistic goal that I could reach by getting off my lazy ass and eating right. I'm pregnant and huge right now so that is my excuse 😉
